Os contribuintes baianos com débitos com o ICMS têm até o dia 3 de fevereiro deste ano para aproveitar os descontos oferecidos pelo Governo do Estado por meio do Refis ICMS Bahia, gerido pela Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz-Ba). O programa oferece descontos de até 95% nos valores correspondentes às multas por infrações e aos acréscimos moratórios. Até o momento, mais de 6,5 mil contribuintes de todo o estado já aderiram ao Refis.
São passíveis de regularização junto ao fisco estadual os débitos com ICMS decorrentes de fatos geradores ocorridos até 31 de dezembro de 2023. Todas as informações sobre o Refis ICMS Bahia estão disponíveis no site www.sefaz.ba.gov.br, incluindo um simulador de débitos.
O desconto máximo, de 95% sobre multas e acréscimos, vale para o pagamento do débito em parcela única, à vista. O programa oferece ainda a possibilidade de parcelamento do débito, estabelecendo que os descontos serão decrescentes, de acordo com o número de parcelas.
A possibilidade de regularização com a Sefaz-Ba se aplica inclusive a débitos que tenham sido incluídos em parcelamentos anteriores, rescindidos ou ativos, espontaneamente denunciados pelo contribuinte, em discussão administrativa ou judicial ou mesmo provenientes de lançamento de ofício. Outro segmento contemplado pelo programa são as empresas em recuperação judicial e aquelas com falência decretada judicialmente.
Parcelamento
A redução é de 90% nas multas e acréscimos caso o contribuinte opte por dividir o pagamento em até doze parcelas mensais e sucessivas. Para parcelamento entre 13 e 24 parcelas, o desconto é de 85%.
Empresas com recuperação judicial deferida ou falência decretada judicialmente podem fazer o parcelamento em até 120 vezes. O desconto é de 90% para pagamento em até 48 parcelas. Para parcelamento entre 49 e 72 parcelas, o desconto é de 85%. O desconto passa a ser de 80% para quem parcelar de 73 a 96 vezes. Entre 97 e 120 parcelas, por fim, o desconto em multas e acréscimos cai para 75%.
A Sefaz-Ba alerta os contribuintes que não envia boletos nem documentos de arrecadação por e-mail. O Documento de Arrecadação Estadual (DAE) deve ser emitido pelo contribuinte no site www.sefaz.ba.gov.br. Em caso de dúvida, as empresas podem utilizar o Domicílio Tributário Eletrônico (DT-e), endereço virtual mantido pela Secretaria da Fazenda em ambiente seguro, que permite a comunicação direta entre o fisco e o contribuinte.
