Em resposta à Recomendação emitida pelo Ministério Público da Bahia (veja matéria no link: https://www.jornaldosudoeste.com/ministerio-publico-recomenda-suspensao-de-b-o-para-acesso-ao-aborto-legal-de-menores-vitimas-de-violencia-em-guanambi/), a Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia reafirmou, em nota distribuída à imprensa na tarde desta quinta-feira (20), que não exige a apresentação de Boletim de Ocorrência (BO) ou decisão judicial para garantir o acesso de vítimas de violência sexual ao aborto legal, conforme estipulado pela legislação brasileira.
Todas as Unidades de Saúde da rede estadual, ressalta a nota, seguem rigorosamente os Protocolos do Ministério da Saúde, garantindo um atendimento humanizado e isento de obstáculos burocráticos. A declaração da paciente é suficiente para a realização do procedimento, sublinha a Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia.
A Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia informa que mantém essa orientação há anos, com Comunicados Internos que reforçam que nenhum documento adicional deve ser solicitado. Além disso, diz a nota, estão disponíveis folders informativos em Hospitais, assegurando que tanto pacientes quanto profissionais de saúde compreendam claramente os direitos garantidos.
