Segurados que ganham acima do mínimo terão reajuste de 4,77%

A partir de fevereiro, os aposentados e pensionistas do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) terão aumento de 4,77%. Com a correção, o teto dos benefícios da Previdência Social sobe para R$ 8.157,40 em 2025, contra R$ 7.786,01 em 2024.
A variação equivale ao Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor (INPC) de 2024, divulgado nesta sexta-feira (10) pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE). O indicador mede a inflação para famílias com renda de até cinco salários mínimos.
O reajuste de 4,77% será pago integralmente aos segurados que já recebiam as aposentadorias e pensões do INSS acima de um salário mínimo em 1º de fevereiro de 2024. Quem começou a receber o benefício após essa data terá aumento proporcional ao número de meses em que o benefício foi pago.
Segundo o INSS, atualmente 12,2 milhões de beneficiários recebem acima do piso nacional, dos quais 10,6 mil ganham o teto da Previdência Social. Um total de 40,7 milhões de pessoas, cerca de 70% do total dos aposentados e pensionistas, ganham o salário mínimo, que subiu de R$ 1.412 para R$ 1.580.
Para quem recebe o salário mínimo, o pagamento das aposentadorias e pensões com reajuste vai de 27 de janeiro a 7 de fevereiro. O pagamento dos benefícios do INSS acima do mínimo com a correção de 4,77% vai de 3 a 7 de fevereiro. A data de pagamento varia conforme o número final do cartão de benefício, desconsiderando o dígito verificador, que aparece após o traço.
Por mais um ano, os aposentados e pensionistas que ganham além do mínimo não terão aumento real (acima da inflação), recebendo o equivalente ao INPC do ano anterior. Quem recebe o mínimo teve reajuste real de 2,5%, segundo a política aprovada pelo Congresso no fim do ano passado, que restringe o aumento real ao teto de crescimento de gastos do arcabouço fiscal.

A correção de 4,77% também incidirá sobre a tabela do INSS, por meio da qual os trabalhadores da iniciativa privada com carteira assinada e de empresas estatais recolhem as contribuições mensais à Previdência Social. As alíquotas e as faixas de dedução vão incidir sobre as seguintes faixas:

Nas próximas semanas, o INSS fornecerá o extrato com os novos valores das aposentadorias e das pensões. As informações estão disponíveis no site Meu INSS e no aplicativo de mesmo nome. A consulta exige login e senha do Portal Gov.br.
Quem não tem acesso à internet pode consultar o valor por meio do telefone 135. O segurado que ligar para esse número deve informar o número do Cadastro de Pessoa Física (CPF) e confirmar alguns dados cadastrais para evitar fraudes.
