A Petrobras Transporte (Transpetro) encerrou o ano de 2023 com mais de R$ 500 milhões em contratos de novos negócios, firmados, em sua maioria, com empresas fora do Sistema Petrobras.
Com mais de 180 clientes e operando 48 terminais (27 aquaviários e 21 terrestres), cerca de 8,5 mil quilômetros de dutos e 36 navios, a Transpetro é a maior subsidiária da Petrobras e, também, a maior companhia de logística multimodal de petróleo e derivados da América Latina. A oferta dos serviços de logística em terra e mar para clientes privados é uma das metas da nova gestão da companhia.
Segundo a empresa, a Transpetro possui capilaridade para prestar serviços de forma abrangente, o que tem impulsionado a busca por novos contratos por parte do setor privado.
“Cada vez mais os agentes do mercado veem valor na experiência e competência da Transpetro e, com isso, conseguimos atingir uma das nossas metas, que é gerar novos negócios para a companhia”, avaliou do presidente da Transpetro, Sergio Bacci.
Para ele, as parcerias firmadas serão ampliadas “porque a capilaridade e sinergia das nossas operações geram um grande diferencial competitivo na logística de petróleo, derivados e biocombustíveis.”
Estratégias
Um exemplo do posicionamento estratégico da Transpetro na busca por parceiros de negócios fora do Sistema Petrobras são os novos contratos para operações ship to ship (transbordo de petróleo e derivados entre navios) na Baía de Todos os Santos, na Bahia, com diversos clientes, entre eles Acelen, Ream e Seacrest.
Segundo Sergio Bacci, essa opção logística possibilita ganho de escala nas movimentações de produtos com navios maiores e pode reduzir em até 30% os custos de transporte envolvidos no modal marítimo.
Na Região Norte, foram desenvolvidas novas operações de ship to barge (transbordo de petróleo e derivados entre navios e barcaças) em diversos locais do Amazonas. Para a empresa, esse modal está sendo fundamental na manutenção do abastecimento de combustíveis na região no período da pior vazante dos rios dos últimos tempos. Os clientes atendidos no Norte pela Transpetro incluem Raízen, Novum e Ream.
O ano de 2023 marcou a utilização inédita pela Transpetro de um navio de sua própria frota para atender um cliente privado, com contrato de transporte aquaviário de Gás Liquefeito de Petróleo (GLP) de Coari para Manaus.
Ambiente diverso
Também no ano passado, a Transpetro promoveu a reorganização administrativa e criou uma Gerência Executiva de Novos Negócios, ligada diretamente à presidência. Foi ampliado ainda em 48% o número de mulheres em cargos gerenciais.
Agora, 96 gerências são comandadas por representantes do sexo feminino. Cresceu também o número de profissionais que se autodeclaram pretos, pardos, amarelos e indígenas em postos de liderança. O aumento registrado foi de 17%.
