No Paraná, o Hospital São Marcelino Champagnat é o único que possui três acreditações da JCI. Para alcançar o grau de excelência, a instituição conta com uma ferramenta desenvolvida pela startup 2iM, que apoia a alta gestão na governança do corpo clínico – uma das normas mais importantes a serem seguidas na busca dessa acreditação. “Isso possibilita que façamos, de uma forma mais sustentável, o acompanhamento dos médicos, aumentando a segurança dos pacientes e a eficiência dos resultados, tudo de forma individualizada”, explica o gerente médico do hospital, Jarbas da Silva Motta. “A JCI está cada vez mais atenta à eficiência, eficácia e efetividade do corpo clínico. O diretor médico da 2iM, Luiz Ribas, explica que a metodologia, criada pela startup paranaense que avalia Valor em Saúde, analisa, por meio de um modelo de decisão por multicritério, a relação da qualidade do processo de trabalho, de desfechos e da experiência do paciente, sempre com indicadores nas áreas de formação e engajamento do profissional. Este índice de qualidade é relacionado a indicadores de custeio de todo o processo assistencial, produzindo como resultado um escore de Valor em Saúde, o EVS, para cada profissional dentro de sua especialidade.
Para construir os indicadores foi realizado um estudo em conjunto com o Consórcio Brasileiro de Acreditação, instituição preparadora dos hospitais no Brasil para receberem a avaliação e eventualmente a Certificação JCI. “Nosso trabalho é produzir métricas que apoiem o hospital a entregar uma melhor assistência com o menor custo possível”, comenta Ribas.
Para o Hospital São Marcelino Champagnat foram seis meses de trabalho para desenvolver a tecnologia que avalia 54 indicadores. O processo incluiu avaliações personalizadas para clínica médica, cirúrgica, medicina intensiva, ambulatórios, pronto atendimento, emergência, anestesia, radiologia, além de apoio e diagnóstico. “Este modelo de avaliação e governança clínica baseada em valor, demonstra que o hospital está preocupado com a qualidade e segurança de seus pacientes. Por isso, é o único do Paraná a conquistar por três vezes a acreditação da JCI, que é a mais importante do mundo”, destaca o diretor médico da 2iM.
