Integrando a comitiva do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues, os deputados petistas Waldenor Pereira (federal) e Zé Raimundo (estadual) estiveram, na tarde de sábado (4), no município de Mirante, para a entrega de diversas obras, destacando-se a pavimentação asfáltica da rodovia BA-640, no trecho que liga Bom Jesus da Serra à cidade de Mirante. A obra é um antigo pleito defendido por eles, desde a gestão do prefeito Lúcio Meira.
A pavimentação realizada pela Secretaria de Infraestrutura do Estado (Seinfra) tem extensão de 38,3 quilômetros, e inclui a reconstituição de aterros, com investimento de R$ 52 milhões.
Os deputados Waldenor Zé Raimundo, que estiveram em Mirante ,também integrando a comitiva do ex-governador Rui Costa na ocasião da assinatura da ordem de serviço para pavimentação da Rodovia, voltaram agora com o governador Jerônimo Rodrigues com muita satisfação e alegria pelo atendimento do pleito.
“Esta é uma luta de muitos anos do ex-prefeito Lúcio Meira, atendendo aos anseios da comunidade de Mirante e região, sempre contando com a intermediação dos nossos mandatos, meu e do deputado Waldenor. Esta pavimentação vai melhorar o fluxo e escoamento da produção de minério, agricultura e pecuária dos municípios envolvidos e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas”, avaliou Zé Raimundo.
Waldenor Pereira ressaltou: “Valeu o empenho dos nossos mandatos e a determinação do ex-prefeito Lúcio Meira, porque agora podemos ver a realização desse sonho que é esta obra”. Ele lembrou das várias gestões feitas junto à Seinfra, em reuniões com o secretário Marcus Cavalcanti e o superintendente Saulo Pontes, que resultaram na autorização do governador Rui Costa ,em palanque em Mirante, mas que atrasou o início da obra por conta da pandemia de COVID, e agora finalmente é entregue à população.
O governador também entregou no município a cobertura da feira livre do município e 100 barracas de comercialização de alimentos. Além disso, inaugurou duas quadras cobertas com vestiário em escolas municipais e autorizou a pavimentação da travessia urbana da cidade. Por fim, autorizou a Secretaria de Infraestrutura do Estado (Seinfra) a deflagrar o processo licitatório para a pavimentação em asfalto da travessia urbana de Mirante, que terá uma extensão de 20,7 mil m² e um investimento estimado em R$ 2,4 milhões.
