Na manhã do sábado (12), os Mandatos do Deputado Federal Waldenor Alves Pereira Filho e do Deputado Estadual José Raimundo Fontes, ambos do PT baiano, promoveram o 1º Fórum Quilombola do Sudoeste de Emendas Participativas, um Projeto pioneiro voltado à democratização e transparência na destinação de recursos por meio das Emendas Parlamentares. O evento aconteceu no Complexo Integrado de Educação Básica, Profissional e Tecnológica (Cieb), em Vitória da Conquista, reunindo aproximadamente 500 lideranças comunitárias e políticas.
Durante o Fórum, os parlamentares anunciaram a alocação de R$ 1,5 milhão para apoiar 49 Associações de 67 Comunidades Quilombolas presentes no evento. As Associações beneficiadas participaram de um Edital específico para concorrer às Emendas Parlamentares destinadas pelos deputados Waldenor Pereira e Zé Raimundo, consolidando assim uma iniciativa que valoriza a participação comunitária e a transparência na distribuição de recursos públicos.
“Os nossos mandatos destinaram Emendas Parlamentares que foram disputadas de forma transparente e democrática, por meio de um Edital Público. As próprias Comunidades escolheram, em Plenária, quais Projetos seriam contemplados com os recursos”, destacou o Deputado Waldenor Pereira, acrescentando que os recursos, no valor de R$ 1,5 milhão, foram direcionados à aquisição de equipamentos voltados para diversas atividades produtivas, como Agricultura, Irrigação, Panificação, Cozinha Industrial, Apicultura, Corte e Costura, entre outras iniciativas que fortalecem a economia local e promovem a inclusão produtiva.
A nova abordagem na distribuição das Emendas Parlamentares, proposta pelos mandatos dos Deputados petistas Waldenor Pereira e Zé Raimundo, fundamentada em um modelo mais participativo, tem como propósito ampliar a transparência e a rastreabilidade na aplicação dos recursos públicos, conforme ressaltam os parlamentares.
A iniciativa, reforçou Waldenor Pereira, busca beneficiar um número maior de pessoas, atendendo às prioridades indicadas por elas próprias. Segundo o parlamentar petista, a mesma metodologia será aplicada futuramente em outras áreas estratégicas, como Esporte e Cultura.
O Deputado Estadual José Raimundo Fontes destacou o caráter histórico da iniciativa que reformula a distribuição das Emendas Parlamentares, adotando um modelo mais participativo. Segundo ele, essa abordagem inovadora permite que as próprias comunidades envolvidas escolham, por meio de Sessões Plenárias, os Projetos que devem ser contemplados com os recursos disponíveis.
No caso das Comunidades Quilombolas, que abriram o Projeto dos dois parlamentares baianos, mais do que investir em equipamentos, Waldenor e Zé Raimundo destacam que a iniciativa tem como foco o fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar, da Organização Comunitária e da Cultura Quilombola.
“Esse é o nosso compromisso: garantir que os recursos públicos cheguem a quem mais precisa”, afirmam.
