Workshop debate inclusão de pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho

A Secretaria do Trabalho, Emprego, Renda e Esporte (Setre), por meio da Agenda Bahia do Trabalho Decente, realiza na próxima quarta-feira (26), das 8 às 15h30, no Instituto Anísio Teixeira, em Salvador, o I Workshop Boas Práticas para Empresas sobre Inclusão de Pessoas com Deficiência no Mundo do Trabalho. O objetivo do evento é debater a inserção, a permanência e a ascensão das PcDs no mercado profissional, por meio da capacitação e mobilização dos atores sociais envolvidos no processo efetivo de inclusão.

Com uma proposta dinâmica e interativa, o workshop vai contar com uma programação composta por palestras, estandes e fóruns temáticos. Um talk show vai discutir o cenário de empregabilidade no estado, com as lacunas e possibilidades de solução para inclusão.

A partir de indicadores, o representante da Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT) no Brasil, José Ribeiro, traçará um panorama da presença dos PcDs no ambiente laboral, destacando as oportunidades e os desafios para a promoção do Trabalho Decente.

A aprendizagem profissional para essa parcela da população será abordada pela auditora fiscal da Superintendência Regional do Trabalho na Bahia (SRT/BA), Marli Pereira, e pelo presidente da Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos no estado (ABRH-BA), Cezar Almeida.

Estão previstas também a apresentação de casos de sucesso de pessoas com deficiência no mundo do trabalho, uma exposição interativa sobre boas práticas e soluções para inclusão e o recebimento de documentação e entrega de notificação atualizada para as empresas.
