A Prefeitura de Vitória da Conquista publicou no Diário Oficial do Município desta sexta-feira (9), o edital do Processo Seletivo nº 001/2026 que prevê o preenchimento de 163 vagas, além da formação de cadastro de reserva, para atuação na Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social (Semdes).
O processo seletivo tem como objetivo a contratação temporária de profissionais de níveis médio e superior para atender às demandas da política de assistência social do município. A seleção será executada pelo Instituto de Desenvolvimento e Capacitação (IDCAP) e contará com etapas como prova objetiva, prova prática para funções específicas, prova de títulos, além de procedimentos de heteroidentificação e avaliação biopsicossocial, conforme necessidade.
Entre os cargos de nível médio estão Atendente de Programas Sociais, Mobilizador Social, Instrutor de Música – Percussão, Técnico Administrativo e Tradutor e Intérprete de Libras. Já para o nível superior, as vagas contemplam funções como Assistente Social, Psicólogo, Advogado, Administrador, Jornalista, Nutricionista, Pedagogo, Antropólogo, Engenheiro Civil, Estatístico e Designer Gráfico, com cargas horárias que variam entre 30 e 40 horas semanais
As inscrições serão realizadas exclusivamente pela internet, por meio do site do IDCAP, em período definido no cronograma do edital. A taxa de inscrição é de R$ 67,20 para cargos de nível médio e R$ 76,80 para cargos de nível superior. O edital também prevê a possibilidade de isenção da taxa para candidatos inscritos no Cadastro Único para Programas Sociais do Governo Federal (CadÚnico) e para doadores de medula óssea, desde que atendidos os critérios legais
