No último dia 17, Belo Campo sediou a 7ª Conferência Municipal de Saúde, um importante espaço de diálogo e planejamento voltado à aprimoração do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) no município. O evento, realizado no Espaço de Eventos Xavier, reuniu profissionais de Saúde, gestores públicos, representantes da sociedade civil e usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde, todos empenhados em discutir estratégias para fortalecer e ampliar a assistência à população.
O tema central desta edição, “Planejando e fortalecendo o SUS em Belo Campo”, destacou a necessidade de ações integradas e planejamento estratégico para garantir a universalidade, integralidade e equidade presentes na essência do Sistema. Durante os trabalhos, foram apresentados relatórios de avaliação dos serviços de saúde local, além de propostas para melhorar o acesso, a qualidade do atendimento e a gestão dos recursos públicos.
A abertura do evento, presidido pelo secretário municipal de Saúde, Fábio Maia Prado, contou com a presença de autoridades e representantes de segmentos organizados da sociedade, entre os quais o vice-prefeito Rodolfo de Almeida Lopes (PSD); a primeira-dama e secretária municipal de Educação, Cultura, Esporte e Lazer, Sandra dos Santos Silva Reis; o vice-presidente da Câmara Municipal, vereador Arisney de Abreu – Ary da Saúde – Neiva da Silva (PSD); o Pároco da Igreja de São Sebastião, Padre Alessandro Alves Cardoso; o Pastor da Igreja Batista Getsemani, Iomar Barreto de Oliveira; e o presidente do Conselho Municipal de Saúde, Ivanilson Vieira Souza Júnior, além dos Delegados eleitos nas Pré-Conferências.
Na abertura, o secretário municipal de Saúde, Fábio Maia Prado, ressaltou que o compromisso da Administração do prefeito Fidélis – Neto Fidélis – Pereira Reis (PSD) é consolidar o SUS como uma política pública sólida e duradoura, com foco na Atenção Básica, pautada pela humanização e eficiência no atendimento à população. Para ele, a Conferência representou uma oportunidade valiosa para escutar as vozes da população e alinhar as estratégias da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde às necessidades da comunidade, fortalecendo vínculos para construção, no município, de um Sistema de Saúde mais justo e acessível para todos.
A palestra magna foi conduzida pela Enfermeira Especialista em Saúde Pública e em Gestão no Trabalho e Educação na Saúde, Mestre em Gestão de Sistemas de Saúde e Coordenadora do Hospital Crescência Silveira, em Vitória da Conquista, Lygia Matos Barreto de Castro, que proporcionou reflexões significativas sobre o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) no Brasil, abordando seus princípios, diretrizes e os eixos temáticos que nortearam os debates durante o evento.
Durante sua fala, Lygia destacou a importância do diálogo coletivo: “Precisamos conversar sobre a Saúde que temos e a que desejamos, o SUS que construímos e aquele que almejamos. A descentralização, um dos pilares do SUS, se fortalece quando ouvimos a comunidade. As Pré-Conferências realizadas em Belo Campo foram essenciais para garantir essa escuta ativa e promover a participação popular”, pontuou a palestrante.
Durante os dias de debates, os participantes discutiram temas como a ampliação da Atenção Primária, a integração entre os diferentes níveis de Atenção à Saúde, a importância da prevenção e promoção da Saúde, além de estratégias para enfrentar desafios como a falta de recursos e a necessidade de maior capacitação dos profissionais.
Ao final, foram elaboradas propostas e diretrizes que serão encaminhadas para a Conferência Estadual de Saúde. Entre as prioridades destacadas estão a ampliação do acesso às Unidades Básicas, investimentos em infraestrutura, capacitação contínua dos profissionais e fortalecimento da participação social.
A 7ª Conferência Municipal de Saúde, conforme enfatizou o secretário municipal de Saúde, Fábio Maia Prado, reafirmou o compromisso da Administração Municipal de Belo Campo com a Saúde Pública e a construção de um SUS mais forte, eficiente e acessível a todos os cidadãos. A expectativa é que as propostas aprovadas possam orientar as políticas públicas de Saúde nos próximos anos, promovendo uma gestão mais democrática e eficiente do Sistema de Saúde municipal.
