IEL Bahia seleciona pesquisadores para 92 vagas do programa Inova Talentos

Candidatos vão desenvolver projetos de inovação em indústrias parceiras

O Instituto Euvaldo Lodi (IEL Bahia) está com 92 vagas abertas para o Inova Talentos, programa que possibilita que profissionais de diferentes áreas e níveis de formação atuem em projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação (PD&I) dentro da indústria.

As oportunidades são para profissionais com nível superior completo ou em graduação (a partir do 5º semestre), que vão atuar em projetos de pesquisa nas áreas de desenvolvimento de software, ciência de dados e engenharias. Em média, os valores das bolsas variam de R$2,5 mil a R$5 mil. Os interessados devem se cadastrar no site do IEL (candidato.ielbahia.com.br).

“O Inova Talentos oferece aos bolsistas a possibilidade de trabalhar em projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento com aplicabilidade comercial, muitas vezes tendo voz ativa nos processos de construção das soluções. É uma excelente oportunidade para iniciar a carreira na área de PD&I, que contribui para o amadurecimento profissional dos participantes”, pontua o tech recruiter do IEL Bahia, Gabriel Santana.

O Instituto Euvaldo Lodi (IEL) é uma das entidades do SISTEMA FIEB. Sob a liderança da FIEB, o Sistema Indústria na Bahia é formado ainda pelo Serviço Social da Indústria (SESI), Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (SENAI) e o Centro das Indústrias do Estado da Bahia (CIEB).  Essas instituições atuam conjuntamente e de maneira integrada, disponibilizando serviços em áreas relevantes para a sociedade, como educação, saúde, lazer, qualificação profissional, informação especializada, desenvolvimento e inovação tecnológica. 

A FIEB é uma das 27 federações que integram a Confederação Nacional da Indústria (CNI), entidade nacional representativa do setor industrial brasileiro.
