Só de imaginar que o ano está terminando, já dá um susto enorme, pois cada vez mais, temos a sensação de que os dias estão voando e os anos passando ainda mais rápido. E esse sentimento pode vir carregado de energias boas, pensando no que se conquistou e o que irá traçar de objetivos para o próximo ano.

Porém, as emoções negativas também podem aparecer, principalmente, se a pessoa tiver alguma tendência depressiva ou algum tipo de transtorno emocional.

Segundo explica a psicanalista Andrea Ladislau, algumas pessoas ficam depressivas no fim do ano e apesar da mudança de calendário ser um motivo de grande alegria e motivação para muitos, para outros, ela eleva e agrava o nível de ansiedade, estresse, melancolia e tristeza.

Esse estado emocional desconfortável, do ponto de vista psicológico, é chamado de Dezembrite.

“A famosa síndrome de fim de ano. Ela se intensifica em Dezembro por ser uma época turbulenta, devido ao trabalho, confraternizações, filas, presentes de Natal, metas a serem cumpridas antes da virada do ano, ansiedade pelo que virá, tristeza pelo que não se realizou ainda, preocupações com as novas projeções do ano que se inicia, entre outras milhares de questões”, explica.

Para Andrea, o gatilho para o desequilibro emocional pode ser disparado pela frustração nascida ao se fazer o famoso balanço pessoal de fim de ano. A psicanalista explica que muitas pessoas ao elencar e enumerar tudo o que realizou ou deixou de realizar ao longo dos últimos meses, podem potencializar um processo de auto cobranças, excessos de culpas, exaustão mental, decepções, etc.

“A “cobrança velada” da sociedade contemporânea de que é preciso ser feliz a todo momento, sorrir sempre, estar de bem com a vida com todos, saboreando o espírito natalino sem direito a demonstrar tristeza, ressentimentos ou dor, ajuda a fomentar a Dezembrite, pois essa necessidade rouba a essência humana e projeta sentimentos e emoções irreais, camuflando as fragilidades que também precisam ser reconhecidas e tratadas”, explica.

Quais os sentimentos da dezembrite?

Andrea explica que o decreto natalino de que temos que ser muito produtivos e resolutivos em Dezembro, provoca a instauração de sentimentos incômodos, como: cansaço, tristeza profunda, ansiedade, insegurança, frustração, necessidade de se isolar, amargura, estresse elevado, irritabilidade, entre outros.

“A sensação é de tudo vai acabar. Porém, o recomendado é: permita-se fazer somente o necessário ou ainda menos do que você gostaria. Não se cobre tanto, por tudo. Autocuidado em primeiro plano. Além disso, busque fazer uma reflexão para tentar entender o motivo de sentir-se depressivo”, explica.

Para Andrea só por ser um período de confraternizações, os sentimentos tristes e melancólicos não cessam. Por isso, segundo a especialista que também é neuropsicóloga é tão importante tentar desacelerar, reduzir as cobranças e pressões e ter compaixão por si, para amenizar os danos emocionais nessa época do ano.

Andrea afirma que trabalhar o equilíbrio da mente é essencial e algumas dicas podem ajudar nesse processo, como:

Dar menos importância para falas inconvenientes em ambientes familiares;

Não fingir grande felicidade só para agradar as pessoas;

Ter coragem de dizer não, quando for necessário;

Culpabilizar-se menos quando não der conta de oferecer presença;

Manter a rotina de terapia, mesmo que diminua a frequência;

Não sair da linha com o planejamento e a rotina alimentar, de sono e de exercícios físicos antes das festas principais.

“Enfim, a Dezembrite só se instaura se encontrar terreno fértil. Leveza e calmaria devem fazer parte dos últimos dias do ano para que a construção da nova jornada seja feita com consciência e valorização da saúde física e mental. Entrar em um novo ciclo de bem com a vida e consigo, é um desafio possível”, finaliza.
