Para concorrer às vagas na Casa, o estudante deve ser munícipe de Paramirim, ser oriundo de escola pública, ter concluído o Ensino Médio, contar com renda familiar de até dois salários mínimos, estar regularmente matriculado em uma instituição de ensino em Vitória da Conquista, além de cumprir todas as normas que regem o ingresso e permanência na CEP nos termos do Edital e do Regimento Interno da Casa do Estudante de Paramirim.
