Durante uma Audiência Pública da Comissão de Finanças, Orçamento, Controle e Fiscalização, realizada na manhã da terça-feira (17), no Plenarinho da Assembleia Legislativa da Bahia (Alba), o secretário de Estado da Fazenda da Bahia, Manoel Vitório da Silva Filho, reafirmou que o Governo do Estado mantém suas contas equilibradas. A apresentação do Relatório referente ao cumprimento das metas fiscais do primeiro quadrimestre de 2025 contou com a participação de dez deputados e foi conduzida pelo presidente da Comissão, deputado José Raimundo Fontes (PT).
O deputado Zé Raimundo considerou os dados apresentados ainda mais positivos, ressaltando a queda na taxa de endividamento do Estado e o crescimento dos investimentos. “Está claro que as contas do Governo estão equilibradas, permitindo a contração de novos empréstimos e a ampliação dos investimentos que o governador Jerônimo Rodrigues tem promovido nas áreas sociais e de infraestrutura, incluindo Saúde, Educação, recuperação de estradas e Segurança Pública. Parabenizo o secretário Manoel Vitório e sua equipe pela seriedade na gestão das finanças do Estado, seguindo as diretrizes do governador”, destacou o deputado.
O secretário de Estado da Fazenda Bahia enfatizou a continuidade da redução da taxa de endividamento do Estado como um dos principais resultados fiscais do Governo no primeiro quadrimestre de 2025. Conforme os dados apresentados, a relação entre a Dívida Consolidada Líquida e a Receita Corrente Líquida caiu de 37% em janeiro para 32% em abril.
Esses números colocam a Bahia em uma posição segura, respeitando os limites estabelecidos pela Lei Complementar 101/00 (Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal – LRF), que determina um teto de 200% para a proporção das dívidas dos Estados em relação às suas receitas. Com isso, a dívida da Bahia permanece entre as menores do país, significativamente inferior àquela de Estados mais ricos e endividados.
“O Estado, sob a liderança do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues, mantém o equilíbrio fiscal, o que garante os recursos necessários para aprimorar os serviços públicos e realizar os investimentos exigidos pela população”, afirmou Manoel Vitório durante a audiência, que contou com a presença da vice-presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, Maria de Fátima Nunes dos Santos (PT), e dos deputados Raimundo Nonato – Bobô – Tavares da Silva (PCdoB), Fabíola Mansur de Carvalho (PSB), Jean Fabrício Falcão PCdoB), Maria Olívia Santana (PCdoB), Robinson Santos Almeida (PT), João Victor de Castro Lino Bonfim, Hassan Andrade Iossef (Progressistas) e Marcelino Antônio Martins Galo PT), além do próprio José Raimundo Fontes (PT) na presidência da Mesa.
