Medida visa a reforçar proteção no uso de anestesias; Anadem apoia a decisão e destaca segurança do paciente como prioridade

O Conselho Federal de Medicina (CFM) publicou a Resolução n.º 2.436, que proíbe o uso de anestesia geral, sedação ou bloqueios anestésicos periféricos para a realização de tatuagens. O texto foi publicado no Diário Oficial da União (DOU) da segunda-feira (28). A única exceção prevista é para casos de procedimentos de tatuagens destinadas à reconstrução corporal com indicação médica, como o que restaura a aparência do Mamilo e da Aréola após a Mastectomia.
A medida já está em vigor e sinaliza à sociedade que o uso da anestesia requer critérios técnicos rigorosos, sobretudo em práticas estéticas ambulatoriais. A decisão foi motivada por riscos identificados, inclusive após a morte recente de um empresário e influenciador em Santa Catarina.
Para o presidente da Anadem (Sociedade Brasileira de Direito Médico e Bioética), Raul Canal, a decisão é coerente com a responsabilidade ética da profissão de Anestesiologista, além de garantir a segurança no uso de anestesias. “Permitir esse tipo de prática fora do ambiente hospitalar coloca em risco a vida do paciente, pois é preciso que sejam seguidas as condições mínimas estabelecidas pelo CFM”, afirma.
“A única exceção prevista, para procedimentos reparadores com indicação médica, mantém o foco na obrigação de preservar a integridade do paciente. Ao exigir que procedimentos anestésicos ocorram em estabelecimentos Assistenciais de Saúde com infraestrutura adequada, garante-se o atendimento imediato no caso de eventuais intercorrências”, completou o especialista em Direito Médico.
A Instituição reforça que a anestesia, especialmente a geral, deve ser tratada como um procedimento altamente técnico e com potenciais riscos, mesmo em condições controladas.
