Enfim, com a Resolução da Executiva Nacional de 17/9, concluímos o PED do PT da Bahia. Um pleito conturbado e controverso, com fatos inusitados e desmandos de diversas ordens, pois, pela primeira vez, a mão invisível do poder foi sentida e constatada de forma atuante e decisiva em apoio a uma candidatura do “status quo” construída nos corredores e gabinetes.
O inusitado foi a comprovada presença de mortos nas listas de votantes, e não foi um fato isolado, pois foi detectada repetidas vezes nas urnas de Camaçari e Barro Preto. Também houve as múltiplas listas de votação volantes, recolhendo assinaturas de presença dos eleitores com uma mesma caligrafia, reeditando o velho método do voto bico de pena.
Transgredindo o Estatuto e Regulamentos, houve o recurso à Justiça Comum pelos candidatos inadimplentes indeferidos, que obtiveram liminares acompanhadas de chantagens e ameaças de intervenção, como a prisão ou condução coercitiva dos dirigentes, o que significou uma violência contra a democracia do PT, tensionando a disputa e favorecendo os litigantes em linha de colisão com a disciplina do PT.
As anomalias desequilibraram a disputa, contaminando o processo e colocando em suspeição irregularidades em pelo menos 7 mil votos nas cidades de Camaçari, Itabuna, Feira de Santana e Barro Preto onde foi flagrante o desvirtuamento do processo eleitoral do PED.
Pautamos a defesa da autonomia do Partido, a retomada do protagonismo político do PT e a liderança da coalizão, propondo uma dinâmica de proximidade com os diretórios e a militância petista no interior, além de um diálogo criativo com o Governo para disputar a influência sobre os seus rumos e prioridades. Partido, Governo e Aliados não podem se anular, mas sim pactuar sobre o papel de cada ente no nosso Projeto Democrático.
A nossa priorização em construir uma lógica de avançar no projeto, fortalecendo e dando maior visibilidade ao PT com sua identidade política e a força da sua militância, criou um ambiente positivo na disputa do PED, por ser a chapa Jonas e Ellen a Presidência Estadual do PT, a junção da experiência da liderança consolidada de quem foi o Presidente mais vitorioso do PT nos últimos 20 anos e a vitalidade da dirigente nacional jovem, mulher negra, aguerrida e em franca ascensão no Partido.
A avalanche promovida pela candidatura do “status quo” principalmente nas maiores cidades, onde ocorreram milhares de novas filiações e ações usando estruturas fortes para as votações em massa, inclusive com as anomalias já referidas, obviamente saiu vitoriosa e reconhecemos o resultado final.
Mas contabilizamos uma vitória política extraordinária, mesmo que não sejam subtraídos dos vencedores os cerca de 7 mil votos frutos das irregularidades e fraudes e da judicialização, apontados pela Câmara de Recursos Nacional e pela própria Executiva Nacional do PT.
Nos sentimos orgulhosos pelo processo de debate que motivou a nossa militância dos movimentos sociais e sindicais, revigorou os nossos dirigentes de base e discutimos francamente os rumos, programa, tática e estratégia partidária e do fortalecimento do PT, além dos ajustes no governo e na coalizão para fazer o resgate da liderança do PT no projeto democrático que está há quase duas décadas mudando a Bahia e da valorização do maior patrimônio do nosso Partido: a militância petista!
Viramos a página do PED e assumimos o compromisso de trabalhar pela UNIDADE do Partido, pressuposto indispensável para reelegermos Jerônimo Governador e consolidar a sua condição de LÍDER do nosso Projeto na Bahia, mantendo a nossa marca de retaguarda estratégica das nossas vitórias presidenciais, tendo a Bahia um papel decisivo na reeleição do Presidente Lula no Brasil, derrotando a extrema direita e o imperialismo para garantir a DEMOCRACIA brasileira.
Também não abriremos mão do nosso mandato no Senado e de construirmos chapas fortes, federal e estadual, para ampliar os nossos mandatos parlamentares e voltarmos a ter as maiores bancadas de deputados federais e estaduais na nossa coalizão de Governo.
