Na manhã da terça-feira (5), durante a sessão de abertura do segundo semestre Legislativo na Assembleia Legislativa da Bahia (Alba), o Deputado Estadual Zé Raimundo (PT) destacou a importância de refletir sobre o cenário político atual, tanto no âmbito nacional quanto internacional. O momento foi marcado por discursos intensos, especialmente em meio à repercussão da prisão domiciliar do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), decretada na véspera pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes.
Em seu pronunciamento, Zé Raimundo enfatizou que o Brasil atravessa um período crucial, influenciado por mudanças no cenário global, sobretudo pela crise de hegemonia dos Estados Unidos. “A ascensão de um presidente nos Estados Unidos, que na linguagem popular podemos chamar de ‘fazer um verdadeiro ‘panavoeiro’ nas relações internacionais’, evidencia que estamos diante de um novo tabuleiro geopolítico”, afirmou.
O parlamentar petista destacou que a crise americana é consequência do esgotamento do modelo bilateral iniciado após a Segunda Guerra Mundial, agravado pelo fim da União Soviética e pela emergência de novas potências, como a China. Segundo ele, os Estados Unidos tentam manter sua posição de domínio, mas esse esforço encontra obstáculos no contexto atual, provocando instabilidade tanto no cenário internacional quanto dentro do próprio país. “A tentativa de manter o controle do mercado mundial está em xeque, o que contribui para a instabilidade global”, comentou.
Diante dessa conjuntura, Zé Raimundo reforçou a necessidade de o Brasil defender um projeto social soberano e autônomo. “Precisamos fortalecer uma proposta nacional que combata as desigualdades sociais e reafirme nossa autonomia política e econômica”, pontuou.
O parlamentar destacou o papel do presidente Lula (Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva) nesse esforço, elogiando sua postura firme na defesa da democracia, da soberania nacional e de um modelo de desenvolvimento que priorize o povo brasileiro. “Lula tem sido uma liderança fundamental na reconstrução de um projeto de país mais justo, independente e voltado para o benefício do povo”, completou.
O deputado também aproveitou a oportunidade para fazer um balanço de suas atividades durante o recesso parlamentar. Ele destacou visitas a municípios de sua base, reuniões com lideranças locais, além de participações em eventos culturais e tradicionais ao lado do deputado federal Waldenor Pereira e do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues, neste último final de semana. “Seguimos atuando de forma próxima às comunidades, dialogando com prefeitos, lideranças e a população para construir políticas públicas que atendam às reais necessidades do nosso povo”, concluiu.
