As inscrições vão do dia 14 a 18 de julho; 50% das vagas serão destinadas ao Fies Social, para estudantes de baixa renda

Estão abertas, até sexta-feira (18), as inscrições para o Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (Fies) para o segundo semestre deste ano. O Ministério da Educação (MEC) publicou, por meio da secretaria de Educação Superior, o Edital n°16/2025 com os prazos e requisitos que o candidato deverá atender.
As inscrições são gratuitas e podem ser feitas pelo Portal Acesso Único, com o login do Governo Federal (Gov.br). Serão ofertadas 74.500 vagas em 18.479 cursos de 1.215 instituições privadas de ensino superior. O interessado pode selecionar até três opções de cursos, por ordem de preferência.
Cronograma
Inscrições: 14 a 18 de julho
Resultado da pré-seleção – chamada única: 29 de julho
Complementação da inscrição: 30 de julho a 1° de agosto
Pré-seleção da lista de espera: 5 de agosto a 19 de setembro
Critérios de participação:
- O candidato deve ter participado do Enem a partir de 2010, com médias iguais ou superiores a 450 pontos e não ter zerado a redação;
- Possuir renda familiar mensal bruta de até três salários mínimos;
- Não ter realizado o exame como “treineiro”.
Aqueles que não quitaram um financiamento anterior pelo Fies ou Programa Crédito Educativo, ou estão utilizando o financiamento, não poderão participar deste edital.
Tanto o Fies quanto o Fies Social oferecem reservas de vagas para candidatos autodeclarados pretos, pardos, indígenas, quilombolas e para portadores de deficiência.
O Fies Social reserva 50% do total das vagas para candidatos inscritos no Cadastro Único para Programas Sociais do Governo Federal (CadÚnico) com renda familiar per capita de até meio salário mínimo (R$ 759,00).
FIES
O Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil é um programa do MEC e tem como objetivo conceder financiamento a estudantes de cursos de graduação em instituições de educação superior privadas que aderirem ao programa e possuam avaliação positiva no Sistema Nacional de Avaliação da Educação Superior (Sinaes).
- O Fies Social é destinado a atender às necessidades de estudantes de baixa renda. Para esses candidatos, é possível solicitar a contratação do financiamento de até 100% dos encargos educacionais.
