A terceira edição da FliConquista – Feira Literária de Vitória da Conquista encerrou neste domingo (28) com público estimado em 20 mil pessoas, segundo balanço da coordenação do evento. Realizada no Centro de Cultura Camillo de Jesus Lima, a feira movimentou a cidade durante cinco dias com debates, lançamentos de livros, espetáculos musicais, exibição de filmes e ações de incentivo à leitura, sob o tema “Literatura e Cinema – A Palavra Rimada Entre Cenas e Letras”.
Entre os destaques literários, o premiado escritor Itamar Vieira Júnior, autor de Torto Arado e Salvar o Fogo, lançou seu primeiro livro infantil, Chupim, em parceria com a artista plástica Manuela Navas. A programação contou ainda com shows de Chico César e Larissa Luz, além do concerto de encerramento da Orquestra Conquista Sinfônica, regida pelo maestro João Omar, que emocionou o público com trilhas clássicas do cinema, como Cinema Paradiso, Central do Brasil, Perfume de Mulher e O Poderoso Chefão.
A FliConquista foi patrocinada pelos mandatos dos deputados Waldenor Pereira (federal) e Zé Raimundo (estadual), que somente neste ano apoiarão mais de oito feiras literárias em diferentes cidades do interior, a exemplo de Mucugê,Jequié, Caculé, Guajeru e Rio de Contas. Destacando a realização da feira no terceiro maior município da Bahia, Waldenor reafirmou:
“Apoiar a FliConquista é investir em um dos maiores patrimônios da nossa sociedade: a literatura. Assim como já fizemos em tantas feiras no interior da Bahia, nosso mandato se soma a essa corrente para fortalecer escritores, artistas e o público leitor.”
O evento teve ainda o apoio do Governo do Estado, por meio da Sufotur, e da Assembleia Legislativa da Bahia (ALBA), através da participação do deputado Zé Raimundo. A ALBA Cultural lançou na FliConquista o livro Arte em Versos Diversos, da poeta Edméa de Oliveira, além da reimpressão de dois volumes da obra do poeta conquistense Camillo de Jesus Lima.
“A literatura é uma ponte que une gerações, e por isso fazemos questão de, através da ALBA Cultural, trazer obras de referência como Camillo de Jesus Lima e Edméa. É uma forma de valorizar nossa memória e, ao mesmo tempo, semear novas inspirações”, destacou Zé Raimundo.
A curadora da FliConquista, Ester Figueiredo, avaliou que o evento afirmou sua força ao reunir milhares de pessoas em torno da literatura e das artes:
“Foi um encontro que ampliou o acesso democrático à cultura e projetou Vitória da Conquista no cenário literário nacional.”
