Em razão de graves irregularidades encontradas pela equipe de auditores da 5ª Coordenadoria de Controle Externo (CCE), o Tribunal de Contas do Estado da Bahia decidiu, em sessão ordinária desta terça-feira (31.07), desaprovar a prestação de contas do Fundo Estadual de Saúde do Estado da Bahia (Fesba), referentes ao exercício de 2015. O relator do processo, conselheiro Antonio Honorato de Castro Neto, acolhendo os opinativos dos órgãos instrutórios e do Ministério Público de Contas (MPC), propôs ainda a aplicação de multas, no valor de R$ 4 mil, a Egídio Borges Tavares Filho (ex-gestor da unidade de 01/01 a 07/07/2015) e Luiz Cláudio Guimarães Souza (gestor da unidade, que é vinculada à Secretaria de Saúde do Estado da Bahia-Sesab, entre 08/07 a 31/12/2015). O voto do relator foi aprovado por unanimidade.
