O Governo da Bahia, por meio da Secretaria de Relações Institucionais (Serin), realizou no sábado (24) a primeira edição de 2026 do Projeto Serin Itinerante, em Guanambi. O encontro aconteceu no Colégio Estadual de Educação Profissional em Saúde e Gestão (Ceep) e teve como objetivo intensificar o diálogo entre o Governo do Estado e os municípios, reunindo prefeitos, secretários municipais, vereadores, lideranças políticas e representantes de movimentos sociais de seis Territórios de Identidade: Alto Sertão, Bacia do Paramirim, Piemonte da Diamantina, Sertão Produtivo, Sudoeste da Bahia e Velho Chico.
A atividade foi presidida pelo secretário de Estado de Relações Institucionais da Bahia, Adolpho Henrique Almeida Loyola, acompanhado do secretário de Estado de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação da Bahia, Marcius de Almeida Gomes; do engenheiro civil Ícaro Almeida, representante da Companhia de Desenvolvimento Urbano do Estado da Bahia (Conder), vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Urbano da Bahia; das assessoras da Companhia de Engenharia Hídrica e de Saneamento da Bahia, vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Infraestrutura Hídrica e Saneamento da Bahia, Flávia Machado Leite Rodriguez e Anna Karla Tourinho; além da presidente do Conselho Estadual da Juventude, Tâmela França.
Segundo Adolpho Loyola, o Projeto reforça o compromisso da gestão Jerônimo Rodrigues com a escuta ativa e a descentralização das ações do Governo do Estado. “No (Território) Sertão Produtivo, essa aproximação com os municípios é fundamental para identificar prioridades e construir, de forma conjunta, ações que respondam às demandas da população”, afirmou.
A programação incluiu reuniões temáticas conduzidas pelas Coordenações de Assuntos Legislativos, Assuntos Federativos, Articulação Social e Políticas para a Juventude, vinculadas à Secretaria de Estado de Relações Institucionais. Os debates abriram espaço para que os participantes apresentassem demandas e sugestões, fortalecendo os vínculos institucionais entre Estado e municípios.
Participaram do evento, entre outros, representantes de cidades como Brumado, Caculé, Caetité, Candiba, Guanambi, Ibiassucê, Igaporã, Iuiú, Jacaraci, Malhada de Pedras, Malhada, Matina, Mortugaba, Palmas de Monte Alto, Pindaí, Riacho de Santana, Sebastião Laranjeiras e Urandi, além de parlamentares estaduais e federais.
