O governador Jerônimo Rodrigues Souza (PT) sancionou nesta segunda-feira (8), em Salvador, um conjunto de Projetos de Lei que prevê reajustes salariais para mais de 45 mil servidores públicos estaduais. As medidas contemplam profissionais de 55 carreiras, distribuídas entre os Níveis Médio e Superior, com aumentos que variam de 10,2% a 22,1%, escalonados entre os anos de 2025 e 2026.
Entre os grupos beneficiados estão servidores das áreas de Fiscalização e Regulação, Gestão Pública, Obras Públicas, Desenvolvimento Fazendário, além de especialistas da Superintendência de Estudos Econômicos e Sociais da Bahia (SEI). O Magistério Público das Universidades Estaduais também está incluído.
Os reajustes serão aplicados nas folhas de pagamento dos meses de setembro e outubro, conforme a carreira. A reestruturação das tabelas salariais permitirá promoções e ganhos progressivos. Segundo o Governo, os percentuais foram definidos em diálogo com entidades representativas dos servidores.
Durante a cerimônia de sanção, o governador destacou o caráter contínuo da valorização do funcionalismo. “Este momento representa uma superação. Sabemos que novas demandas surgirão, e é natural que isso aconteça. Precisamos monitorar os ganhos e as perdas desse movimento”, afirmou Jerônimo.
O senador Jaques Wagner (PT/BA) também esteve presente e elogiou o esforço da gestão estadual: “É uma combinação daquilo que se quer com aquilo que pode ser feito. Tenho certeza de que o Governo fez o máximo para atender melhor as categorias”.
Grupos contemplados
As novas Leis beneficiam servidores dos seguintes grupos ocupacionais: Artes e Cultura, Comunicação Social, Técnico Administrativo, Técnico Específico, Procuradoria Geral do Estado, Gestão Pública, Obras Públicas, Fiscalização e Regulação, além de Procuradores do Estado e Especialistas em Produção de Informações Econômicas, Sociais e Geoambientais. Cargos em Comissão da Administração Direta e Indireta, bem como funções de confiança do Instituto de Radiodifusão Educativa da Bahia (Irdeb), também foram incluídos.
O impacto financeiro estimado é de R$ 128,33 milhões até o fim de 2025, R$ 408,06 milhões em 2026 e R$ 457,54 milhões em 2027.
Pacote de benefícios
As medidas se somam a outros reajustes concedidos ao longo da atual gestão. Em fevereiro, 5.840 Professores e Técnicos das Universidades Estaduais receberam aumento de 6,8%, já pago em duas parcelas. O Magistério Superior terá reajuste total de 13% em 2026, com impacto de R$ 30 milhões.
Em março, foi sancionado o reajuste para profissionais da Educação Básica, com aumento de 6,27% em 2025 e garantia do Piso Nacional em 2026. Em abril, servidores da Saúde tiveram reajuste acumulado de 13,63%, beneficiando mais de 13 mil profissionais, com impacto de R$ 246,8 milhões no próximo ano.
Em maio, foram contempladas as forças de Segurança. Policiais Militares e Bombeiros Militares terão ganho médio de 14,76% até 2026, enquanto Delegados e Peritos da Polícia Civil receberão 14%. Investigadores e Escrivães terão aumento de 22%. Agentes Penitenciários terão reajuste de 13,29%.
Histórico de valorização
Desde o início da gestão, o Governo Estadual tem promovido revisões salariais. Em 2023, foi concedido reajuste linear de 4%. Leis específicas beneficiaram Delegados, Professores Indígenas e do Ensino Fundamental e Médio. Em 2024, novas Leis garantiram reajustes de 2% em fevereiro e setembro, além de alterações na estrutura remuneratória de diversas carreiras.
O Auxílio-Alimentação também foi reajustado, passando a R$ 440 para servidores com jornada de 40 horas semanais, conforme o Decreto nº 22.863, de 10 de junho de 2024.
