Pesquisadores da Unicamp atestam a eficácia do Sterilair STR4 para a inativação de partículas virais e como potencial agente virucida para o grupo de coronavírus testado

Recente laudo publicado pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp) acaba de concluir que uma tecnologia brasileira de esterilização de ar elimina 99,99% dos vírus que são contraídos por aerossol, incluindo o SARS-Cov2, conhecido como o novo coronavírus.

Os ensaios foram realizados em laboratório NB-2 (Biosafety Level 2) e seguiram todas as recomendações da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária para tal procedimento (ANVISA Art. 1 e Art. 3 da IN 04/13 e IN 12/16). Os testes foram realizados no sistema in vitro e em diferentes tempos com a cepa Coronavírus. As análises científicas testaram o CORONAVÍRUS/MHV-3, gênero Betacoronavirus (mesmo gênero e família das espécies SARS-CoV-1, SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 e outros).
