Os Deputados Waldenor Alves Pereira Filho (Federal) e José Raimundo Fontes (Estadual) organizaram uma ampla agenda de visitas a Secretarias e órgãos da estrutura do Governo do Estado em Salvador, que teve início na terça-feira (01/04). O objetivo é acompanhar uma comitiva de lideranças políticas de Iuiu, composta pelos vereadores José Wilker – Zé Burrica – Guedes Zeferino e Amós Fagundes dos Santos, ambos do PT, além do ex-vereador Sebastião – Tião Diretor – da Silva Pereira (PSD). O objetivo da visita das lideranças de Iuiu foi buscar de apoio para a realização da 19ª Vaquejada de Pindorama (Distrito de Iuiu) e para ações do Governo do Estado voltadas à recuperação de estradas, fortalecimento da agricultura familiar, melhorias na Saúde Pública e incentivo ao esporte no município.
Na manhã da terça-feira (1º), os Deputados e a comitiva de Iuiu se reuniram na Superintendência de Fomento ao Turismo do Estado da Bahia (Sufotur),órgão vinculado à Secretaria de Estado do Turismo da Bahia, com a Superintendente Ângela Fucs. Durante a reunião, foi solicitada ajuda para a Vaquejada de Pindorama, que ocorrerá no Parque Etelvino Santana. O evento tradicional já conta com o apoio de emendas parlamentares de Waldenor Pereira e Zé Raimundo, totalizando 100 mil reais.
Na Superintendência dos Desportos do Estado da Bahia (Sudesb), autarquia vinculada à Secretaria de Estado do Trabalho, Emprego, Renda e Esporte da Bahia, o grupo protocolou um pedido para doação de materiais esportivos e para a construção de uma Quadra de Esportes na Comunidade Casa Armada II.
Na visita a Salvador, as lideranças de Iuiu também solicitaram apoio dos Deputados Waldenor Pereira e Zé Raimundo para os pleitos formalizados por meio de ofícios, que incluem a recuperação de estradas, a destinação de equipamentos agrícolas para fortalecimento da agricultura familiar, investimentos na melhoria da Saúde Pública e incentivo à prática esportiva no município.
Ainda na terça-feira (1º), à tarde, a comitiva de Iuiu esteve na Companhia de Engenharia Hídrica e de Saneamento da Bahia (Cerb), autarquia vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Infraestrutura Hídrica e Saneamento da Bahia,, onde requereu a perfuração de poços, a implantação de Sistemas Simplificados de Abastecimento de Água e outras iniciativas voltadas para a área rural, com foco no fortalecimento da agricultura familiar. A agenda de visitas prossegue nesta quarta-feira (2), com uma audiência com o secretário de Estado de Relações Institucionais da Bahia, Adolpho Henrique de Almeida Loyola, e uma visita à Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia.
