Com o crescimento econômico e a ampliação da urbanização, aumentou também o consumo de produtos ultraprocessados. Isso fez o consumo de pratos tradicionais e alimentos naturais diminuírem. Por isso, representantes de órgãos de saúde da América Latina se reuniram nesta segunda-feira (03) para discutir formas de mudar essa situação. De acordo com o ministro da Saúde do Brasil, Luiz Henrique Mandetta, um ponto importante é aliar uma boa alimentação às atividades físicas.
“Quando a gente dialoga sobre obesidade infantil a gente dialoga sobre dois pilares. Um da alimentação e outro da atividade física, o outro do combate ao tempo de tela das crianças que no mundo inteiro que passaram a ficar mais reclusas, muito menos expostas aquelas atividades físicas da infância e da adolescência.
