Iniciativa articula ações da Ouvidoria da Mulher, Serviço de Saúde, Comissões Permanentes, além da Assessoria de Inteligência e Segurança Institucional
POR ASCOM/TRE BA (ascom@tre-ba.jus.br)
Para promover o enfrentamento da violência doméstica contra as mulheres, o Tribunal Regional Eleitoral da Bahia (TRE-BA) instituiu, em 2024, o Programa de Prevenção e Medidas de Segurança voltado ao Enfrentamento da Violência Doméstica e Familiar contra Magistradas e Servidoras. O programa, regulamentado pela Resolução Administrativa nº21, de 29 de julho de 2024, atua na prevenção de casos e em defesa das mulheres no âmbito do Regional contra as formas de violência doméstica e familiar.
Um marco importante relacionado a essa temática é a Lei Maria da Penha (Lei nº 11.340/2006), cuja celebração anual ocorre na Bahia no dia 7 de agosto. Em alusão à promulgação dessa lei, o mês de agosto também é dedicado nacionalmente à campanha Agosto Lilás, que visa conscientizar e enfrentar a violência contra a mulher. Durante todo esse período, o TRE-BA intensifica suas ações institucionais, focando na prevenção, acolhimento e combate a todas as formas de violência de gênero.
A divulgação e execução desse programa também fazem parte da campanha “Para Quem Eu Conto? Falar é coragem. Ouvir é compromisso”, iniciada pela Ouvidoria da mulher do TRE-BA em julho deste ano e destinada ao enfrentamento da violência contra magistradas, servidoras e colaboradoras do TRE-BA.
Ouvidoria da Mulher
Para garantir o acolhimento integral às vítimas, foi criado um sistema de atendimento integrado, com a participação da Ouvidoria da Mulher, do Serviço de Saúde, da Comissão de Participação Feminina, da Comissão Permanente de Segurança e da Assessoria de Inteligência e Segurança Institucional (ASSEGIN) do TRE-BA.
Instituída pela Resolução Administrativa nº 25, de 30 de agosto de 2022, a Ouvidoria da Mulher é um canal especializado do TRE-BA para recebimento de demandas relativas à violência contra a mulher, sobretudo à violência aos direitos políticos, à igualdade de gênero e à participação feminina.
No contexto do Programa, a Ouvidoria da Mulher:
Disponibiliza profissional do Serviço de Saúde, do sexo feminino, para escuta ativa, em ambiente que garanta acolhimento, privacidade, respeito, empatia e sigilo;- Verifica a melhor condição para estabelecer contato com a mulher, preservando a privacidade e considerando os riscos;
- Orienta sobre as possibilidades de encaminhamento do caso, as alternativas de suporte interno e externo disponíveis e sobre as medidas protetivas de urgência;
- Toma decisões apoiadas pelo Serviço de Saúde, levando em conta a fragilidade emocional da vítima e observando as suas escolhas na maneira de enfrentar a situação.
Canais de contato
As denúncias e manifestações podem ser feitas à Ouvidoria da Mulher por magistradas, promotoras eleitorais, servidoras, advogadas, colaboradoras, terceirizadas, estagiárias, eleitoras e candidatas. Os registros podem ser realizados nos seguintes canais:
- Formulário eletrônico disponível no portal “Fala Cidadão” e pelos telefones (71) 3373-7000 (opção 8) e (71) 3373-9000 (opção 2), além do e-mail institucional: ouvmulher@tre-ba.jus.br.
- A Ouvidoria também pode ser acionada por aplicativos de mensagens, como WhatsApp, pelo número (71) 3373-7000, opção 12, e Telegram (@MaiaTREBot).
- Também são aceitas manifestações por meio de carta-resposta, correspondência postal endereçada à Ouvidoria e atendimento presencial, realizado na sala da Ouvidoria do Tribunal, localizada na 1ª Avenida.
Pra todos verem: Duas pessoas estão de frente uma para a outra, segurando as mãos com carinho. Ambas vestem roupas estampadas com cores vivas, sendo uma com flores e outra com padrões laranja. A imagem transmite afeto e acolhimento.
