Nova plataforma do governo federal permitirá a cerca de 10,5 milhões de trabalhadores com carteira assinada antes da Constituição de 1988, ou seus herdeiros, sacarem valores remanescentes

Chamada de Repis Cidadão, a nova plataforma lançada pelo Ministério da Fazenda no último dia 10 de março permite que trabalhadores consultem o saquem valores esquecidos do antigo Fundo do Programa de Integração Social (PIS) e do Programa de Formação do Patrimônio do Servidor Público (Pasep), encerrado em 2020. São R$ 26 bilhões esquecidos que podem beneficiar 10,5 milhões de brasileiros.
Segundo o governo, os milhões de trabalhadores que têm valores remanescentes das cotas do fundo são aqueles que tiveram a carteira assinada antes da Constituição de 1988. Também podem consultar e receber os valores os herdeiros dessas pessoas.
Conforme a Fazenda, os primeiros ressarcimentos serão pagos no próximo dia 28. A pasta informou que o valor médio estimado gira em torno de R$ 2,8 mil, variando conforme o tempo de trabalho e o salário recebido na época.
Como acessar a plataforma
O acesso ao Repis Cidadão deve ser feito por meio do Portal Gov.br nível prata ou ouro, pelo site oficial da plataforma. O acesso pode ser feito pelo trabalhador ou herdeiro. A plataforma unificará as informações para o saque do valor, com orientações específicas para herdeiros ou beneficiários legais.
A plataforma permite verificar se há ou não valores a serem sacados e os procedimentos para sacar o montante. Há ainda orientações tanto para o beneficiário direto, quanto para o caso em que os herdeiros são os beneficiários, segundo informou à Agência Gov, Vanessa Delamare Campos, analista do Serpro responsável pela implantação do serviço.
Apesar da disponibilidade da nova plataforma, a consulta continua a ser feita no Aplicativo FGTS, da Caixa Econômica Federal.
O REPIS Cidadão não tem ligação com o abono salarial 2025, que abrange profissionais da iniciativa privada e servidores públicos que trabalharam formalmente por, no mínimo, 30 dias em 2023.
Documentos exigidos
Informações da Agência Brasil apontam que, caso o saque seja pedido pelo próprio titular, só é preciso apresentar documento oficial de identificação. Porém, em caso de requerimento por herdeiros, dependentes e sucessores, além do documento oficial de identificação, a pessoa deve apresentar a certidão PIS/Pasep/FGTS ou carta de concessão – pensão por morte previdenciária e sua relação de beneficiários, emitida pela Previdência Social.
Além disso, a Agência Brasil informa que os sucessores também podem apresentar, no lugar da carta de concessão, um dos documentos a seguir: declaração de dependentes habilitados à pensão emitida pelo órgão pagador do benefício; autorização judicial; escritura pública assinada por todos os dependentes e sucessores, se capazes e concordantes.
Em caso da escritura pública, há necessidade de atestar por escrito a autorização do saque e declarar que não existirem outros dependentes ou sucessores conhecidos.
