Para quem colocou na lista das metas para 2025 investir na sua escolaridade e formação profissional, o Serviço Social da Indústria (SESI Bahia) está com 9.090 vagas gratuitas da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA SESI) e 1.120 da EJA Profissionalizante SESI/SENAI com inscrições abertas. São vagas em Salvador, Camaçari, Feira de Santana, Juazeiro, Luís Eduardo Magalhães, Vitória da Conquista, Jequié, Ilhéus e Teixeira de Freitas.
As oportunidades são para jovens e adultos com mais de 18 anos que não concluíram o ensino fundamental anos finais (6º ao 9º ano); o ensino médio (1ª a 3ª série) ou querem aliar a elevação de escolaridade a uma formação profissional com o ensino médio profissionalizante (1ª a 3ª série + Qualificação Profissional SENAI).
Para se candidatar a uma das vagas, os interessados devem se inscrever pelo site sesibahia.com.br ou nas unidades do SESI Bahia em todo o estado. Na EJA Profissionalizante são oferecidos cursos de formação profissional em almoxarife, confeiteiro, eletricista de instalações prediais, manutenção de tablets e smartphones, assistente de produção, auxiliar de laboratório químico, mecânico de máquinas agrícolas, operador polivalente de calçados, auxiliar de eletrônica (ver a lista completa e o número de vagas por localidade abaixo).
Para se inscrever, é necessário apresentar uma foto 3×4 atualizada, RG e CPF, comprovante de residência atualizado com CEP válido e, para candidatos originários de escola particular, declaração de baixa renda (veja modelo de declaração aqui). Além destes documentos, é necessário apresentar histórico escolar original ou atestado de escolaridade. Opcionalmente, também podem ser incluídas certificações parciais do ENEM (até 2016) ou do ENCCEJA (a partir de 2017).
DIFERENCIAIS DA EJA SESI
Um dos principais diferenciais da EJA SESI é a adoção da Metodologia de Reconhecimento de Saberes (MRS), que identifica e valoriza os conhecimentos e experiências adquiridas, possibilitando a redução do tempo de conclusão do curso.
O SESI adota material didático exclusivo e de alta qualidade, adaptado à realidade dos estudantes e oferece acompanhamento pedagógico presencial e on-line individualizado, prestado por professores experientes. O aluno também tem acesso a uma plataforma de ensino on-line, dotada de ambiente virtual de aprendizagem, com ferramentas e recursos para auxiliar nos estudos.
A EJA SESI tem 80% da carga horária ministrada a distância e 20% presencial, com encontros realizados duas vezes por semana. As aulas do SENAI ocorrem em laboratórios modernos, equipados para as aulas práticas da qualificação profissional.
O SESI Bahia também oferece aos seus alunos um Programa de Saúde Bucal e, para os estudantes da EJA Profissionalizante das cidades de Ilhéus, Camaçari, Salvador e Luís Eduardo Magalhães, auxílio transporte no valor de R$150 (cento e cinquenta reais). Como benefícios complementares, a elevação de escolaridade proporciona melhores oportunidades de emprego, além de crescimento pessoal e profissional.

Essas instituições atuam conjuntamente e de maneira integrada, disponibilizando serviços em áreas relevantes para a sociedade, como educação, saúde, lazer, qualificação profissional, informação especializada, desenvolvimento e inovação tecnológica.
