A Presidente do Tribunal de Justiça da Bahia (TJBA), Desembargadora Cynthia Maria Pina Resende, oficializou na sexta-feira (15) a instalação da 1ª Vara de Família, Órfãos, Sucessões e Interditos no município de Guanambi. A cerimônia foi realizada no Fórum Juiz Almir Edson Lélis Lima e contou com a presença de diversas autoridades do Judiciário, além de representantes de segmentos da sociedade civil organizada e de lideranças políticas locais e regionais.
Durante o evento, a Desembargadora Cynthia Maria Pina Resende destacou a importância da nova Unidade para a melhoria da prestação jurisdicional na região. “Era um momento esperado por todos, para desafogar as Varas Cíveis da Comarca. Fico feliz que podemos realizar essa ação, pois a nova Vara vai atender melhor as pessoas que necessitam”, afirmou.
O Juiz Diretor do Foro da Comarca, Ronaldo Alves Neves Filho, ressaltou o simbolismo da inauguração, ocorrida um dia após o aniversário da cidade. “O Tribunal de Justiça está presenteando Guanambi”, declarou.
A Escrivã Tayná Alves Donato Chagas, nomeada Diretora de Secretaria da nova Vara, enfatizou a relevância da iniciativa diante da alta demanda processual. “Essa Vara já nasce com cerca de 3 mil Processos, fora os que ainda vão chegar. Guanambi é uma Comarca de Entrância Final, um Polo Regional de Educação, Saúde e Comércio. Não é mais um interior pequeno”, pontuou.
Entre os presentes na solenidade estavam, entre outras autoridades do Judiciário, o Desembargador do Tribunal de Justiça da Bahia e Conselheiro do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), José Edivaldo Rocha Rotondano; a Desembargadora Maria de Lourdes Pinho Medauar, Coordenadora de Apoio ao Primeiro Grau de Jurisdição; o Juiz Assessor Especial da Presidência, Gustavo Teles.
A instalação da nova Vara representa um avanço na estrutura do Judiciário baiano e reforça o compromisso do Tribunal de Justiça da Bahia com a ampliação do acesso à Justiça em regiões estratégicas do Estado.
