1) Segurança jurídica e reconhecimento profissional (sem isso você vive no improviso)

E sim: existe gente que tenta contornar isso. Só que carreira construída em cima de “atalho” normalmente termina do mesmo jeito: com problema.

Quem olha de fora acha que Educação Física só dá duas saídas: professor de escola ou personal. Essa visão é limitada.
Com formação, você pode atuar em múltiplos ambientes ligados à atividade física, esporte e promoção de saúde: academias, clubes, projetos sociais, programas corporativos de qualidade de vida, centros de treinamento, recreação e lazer, entre outros. Fontes de orientação profissional e conselhos regionais descrevem a amplitude de campos e práticas corporais que entram no escopo da atuação.
O ganho aqui é simples: mais possibilidades de carreira e mais chance de encontrar um nicho que combine com seu perfil (e com sua paciência).

Faculdade é uma fábrica de networking? Não. Mas cria um ambiente onde você conhece:

- docentes com projetos e oportunidades;
- locais de estágio e portas de entrada.
A vantagem é que isso encurta caminhos. Muita vaga na área não aparece em anúncio bonito — aparece em conversa certa, na hora certa.

Sem base, é comum o profissional ficar pulando de curso em curso sem integrar nada: hoje funcional, amanhã corrida, depois mobilidade, depois “treino científico”, e no final você não sabe por que faz o que faz.
Com diploma, você cria uma estrutura mental:

Carreira em Educação Física costuma punir o imediatismo. O profissional que vive de “resultado rápido” e promessa agressiva perde credibilidade.
Diploma favorece uma reputação mais sólida porque você tende a:

- comunicar limites com responsabilidade;
- entender que constância vence intensidade.
