Iniciativa busca reconhecer projetos transformadores focados na educação empreendedora

A partir do dia 01 de dezembro serão abertas as inscrições para o Prêmio Educador Transformador com o objetivo de reconhecer projetos educacionais transformadores, com foco na educação empreendedora e desenvolvidos por professores brasileiros de instituições de ensino, públicas ou privadas, de todo país. A iniciativa é realizada pelo Sebrae, em parceria com a Bett Brasil e o Instituto Significare.
O Prêmio Educador Transformador nasceu da união do Prêmio Educação Empreendedora do Sebrae e o Prêmio Professor Transformador da Bett Brasil e Instituto Significare. “Percebemos muitas similaridades entre as premiações e decidimos unificar forças para realizar a maior premiação de educação empreendedora no país, tornando-a referência para o Brasil”, conta.
Segundo Elaine Novetti, analista de Educação Empreendedora do Sebrae Nacional, um projeto educacional transformador é aquele que, ao trabalhar competências empreendedoras nos alunos, possibilita a transformação do conhecimento e da experiência em valor para estudantes, escola e comunidade. “Queremos reconhecer e valorizar a atuação de professores brasileiros tanto de escolas públicas quanto privadas que implementaram projetos educacionais transformadores. Entende-se que transformador é o ato de empreender dentro da escola”, frisou.
Conforme esclarece o professor Wellington Cruz, presidente do Instituto Significare, o Prêmio Educador Transformador abre um importante espaço nacional para os professores que acreditam na educação transformadora e que, com os seus projetos, desenvolvem nos alunos competências empreendedoras alinhadas ao desenvolvimento sustentável. “Se queremos verdadeiramente um país mais próspero e justo precisamos envolver os nossos alunos hoje na construção desse futuro melhor e mais sustentável”, ressalta.
“O Prêmio tem toda sinergia com a urgência em promover o diálogo em torno de uma educação transformadora e inovadora, que prepara os estudantes para o trabalho, para o empreendedorismo e para o futuro, e que deve evoluir para ser ainda mais equitativa e de qualidade para todos”, enfatiza Adriana Martinelli, Diretora de Conteúdo da Bett Brasil.

O Prêmio é voltado para professores brasileiros, de escolas reconhecidas pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC), que implementaram ou estão implementando projetos educacionais entre os anos de 2021 e 2023, com alunos de diferentes etapas e modalidades de ensino. Os interessados podem se inscrever até o dia 28 de fevereiro de 2023 em sete categorias: Educação Infantil, Ensino Fundamental – Anos Iniciais, Ensino Fundamental – Anos Finais, Ensino Médio Regular, Educação Profissional, Educação Superior e EJA (Educação de Jovens e Adultos).
Premiação
Todos os projetos pré-selecionados serão reconhecidos com selo e certificado, que podem ser adicionados ao currículo lattes como prêmio e títulos e em caráter curricular. Ao todo serão selecionados 70 educadores entre os finalistas que terão direito a um pacote completo de participação no evento Bett Brasil 2023, incluindo ingresso, passagem área, hospedagem, voucher alimentação e translado. Os finalistas também recebem certificados. Os sete grandes vencedores, um de cada categoria, receberão um troféu, certificado, Missão Técnica Nacional e uma bolsa integral no curso MBA em Educação Empreendedora (360 horas). Além disso, serão disponibilizadas cinco bolsas integrais para as instituições de cada um dos vencedores.
