Pessoas com dupla excepcionalidade, ou seja, que têm ao mesmo tempo traços do Espectro Autista e Superdotação Intelectual, desafiam classificações simples.
Muitas vezes, um aspecto pode mascarar o outro, a inteligência elevada pode esconder dificuldades de socialização ou comunicação, enquanto os Comportamentos Autistas podem obscurecer o reconhecimento das habilidades cognitivas avançadas.
“É fundamental que os profissionais deixem de pensar apenas em categorias isoladas e passem a considerar o indivíduo em sua totalidade. O mesmo Cérebro que processa conceitos complexos com facilidade pode, ao mesmo tempo, ser altamente sensível a estímulos e emocionalmente sobrecarregado”, afirma o pesquisador Flávio Nunes.
Por que a neuropsicanálise?
O estudo defende que a Neuropsicanálise é capaz de oferecer um modelo mais completo e eficaz de compreensão, ao integrar a estrutura biológica do Cérebro com os conteúdos inconscientes da mente, essa abordagem ajuda a revelar não apenas como esses indivíduos funcionam, mas como vivenciam suas características únicas.
“Não se trata apenas de um Cérebro diferente, mas de um sujeito que encontra formas muito particulares de lidar com o mundo”, explica o estudo.
Caminhos para uma nova prática clínica
O artigo sugere que, ao integrar conhecimentos da Neurobiologia com ferramentas da Psicanálise, é possível construir intervenções mais eficazes e personalizadas.
