A Bahia registrou 335.582 empresas inadimplentes em abril, segundo o Indicador de Inadimplência das Empresas da Serasa Experian, primeira e maior datatech do Brasil. O volume representa 30,6% do total de empresas ativas no estado. O levantamento também mostrou que o ticket médio das dívidas foi de R$ 2.898,29, somando um total de aproximadamente R$ 5,6 bilhões em débitos negativados. Em média, cada empresa possuía seis dívidas em aberto no período analisado.
No cenário nacional, a inadimplência entre as empresas brasileiras atingiu um novo recorde em abril. Foram registrados 7,5 milhões de negócios com contas em atraso, o maior número desde o início da série histórica. O total representa 32,5% das empresas ativas no país, o que configura um aumento de 1,5 ponto percentual em relação ao mesmo mês do ano passado.
O valor consolidado das dívidas também alcançou um novo pico: R$ 177 bilhões. Em média, cada CNPJ possuía cerca de 7,3 contas negativadas no mês, com ticket médio de R$ 3.227,80.

Em abril, o impacto da inadimplência seguiu afetando majoritariamente os pequenos negócios. Das 7,5 milhões de empresas inadimplentes no período, 7,1 milhões eram micro e pequenas, responsáveis pelo volume de 49,5 milhões de dívidas negativadas, que somaram R$ 152,4 bilhões. Entre as demais, aproximadamente 32 mil foram negócios de médio porte e 23 mil de grande porte.
“O avanço contínuo da inadimplência desde dezembro de 2024 reforça os desafios enfrentados pelas empresas, especialmente as de menor porte, que ainda sentem os reflexos de um cenário de crédito restrito e juros elevados. Esses fatores reduzem a capacidade de renegociação das dívidas e aumentam o risco de acúmulo de inadimplência”, explica a economista da Serasa Experian, Camila Abdelmalack.
A maior proporção de empresas negativadas em abril era do setor de “Serviços” (53,3%), seguido por “Comércio” (34,5%), “Indústria” (8,0%), “Outros” (3,2%) e “Primário” (1,0%). Já quando se observa os segmentos de origem das dívidas, 31,6% foram em “Serviços” e 20,8% em “Bancos e Cartões”. Veja, a seguir, o detalhamento deste recorte:
Entre as unidades federativas (UFs), o Distrito Federal (41,8%) liderou o ranking das maiores proporções de empresas inadimplentes em abril. Em seguida, ficaram o Pará (40,2%) e Alagoas (39,9%). Em números absolutos, o Sudeste concentrou o maior volume no período, com destaque para São Paulo (2.573.766), seguido por Minas Gerais (681.509) e Rio de Janeiro (680.082). Metodologia
O Indicador Serasa Experian de Inadimplência das Empresas contempla a quantidade de empresas brasileiras que estão em situação inadimplência, ou seja, possuem pelo menos um compromisso vencido e não pago, apurado no último dia do mês de referência. O Indicador é segmentado por UF, porte e setor.
