A Receita Federal anunciou uma atualização significativa no sistema de parcelamento ordinário de débitos: agora, os contribuintes optantes pelo Simples Nacional e os Microempreendedores Individuais (MEIs) podem escolher livremente o número de parcelas no momento da adesão ao parcelamento, desde que respeitem o limite máximo de 60 prestações.
Com a nova funcionalidade, os empreendedores ganham mais flexibilidade, podendo definir a quantidade de parcelas conforme a própria realidade financeira. O valor mínimo de cada parcela é de R$ 300,00 para empresas do Simples Nacional e R$50,00 para os MEIs.
O novo modelo já está disponível para uso tanto no Portal do Simples Nacional quanto no Centro Virtual de Atendimento (e-CAC) da Receita Federal. A proposta busca facilitar a regularização fiscal de micro e pequenos empreendedores, ao permitir maior previsibilidade no fluxo de caixa, adequação ao perfil de pagamento de cada contribuinte e mais facilidade para manter as obrigações fiscais em dia.
