Estudantes do infantil e do ensino médio público e privado lotaram as dependências do espaço Tatersal Larissa Cavalcante na tarde desta sexta-feira (16), como parte do projeto educativo solidário “ADAB na Exposição”, que acontece na 52ª Exposição Agropecuária Nacional de Vitória da Conquista. O projeto, que tem o apoio da Coopmac, alerta sobre o consumo de produtos de origem animal contaminados e sem certificado de inspeção, como a carne e o leite.
Contato com os animais expostos na exposição, acesso a materiais lúdicos, educativos e vídeos auto explicativos, os alunos recebem orientações sobre os cuidados contra o mosquito da dengue, responsável pela transmissão da dengue, chikungunia e Zika, com a peça “Carne: de olho na Qualidade”, patrocinada pelo Sesc, feita com muita descontração e humor. A atividade teatral é feita pela grupo Alegria e Festa, que na oportunidade também encenou sobre a Febre Amarela.
De acordo com Irma Maria do Amor Santos, veterinária e coordenadora do projeto, são 20 anos de ações no Estado e 15 anos apenas no parque de Exposições de Vitória da conquista, o projeto tem a monitoria de alunos do Cetep, com patrocínio da Coopmac e Confrigo, onde os alunos podem ainda degustar iogurte distribuídos gratuitamente, doados por laticínios da cidade.
“O importante é que estas crianças se tornam multiplicadores junto às famílias, inclusive a partir de uma frase muito comum que usamos que é: antes de abrir a boca, abra os olhos”, lembra Irma, que alerta sobre o fato de que em muitos comércios ainda é possível achar carnes dependuradas, meio de comercialização totalmente inadequado, afirma.
