Chegou a hora de dar o grande passo rumo à universidade, com o Vestibular Uesb 2026. Com 998 vagas disponíveis, o processo seletivo abre inscrições de 20 de agosto a 23 de outubro. Os candidatos poderão escolher entre 47 opções de cursos de graduação, distribuídos nos campi de Itapetinga, Jequié e Vitória da Conquista.
O link de inscrição será disponibilizado em breve, no site do Vestibular e do Instituto Avalia, banca responsável pela seleção deste ano. O candidato deverá preencher todo o formulário de solicitação de inscrição e, ao finalizar, emitir o boleto de pagamento da taxa, no valor de R$ 110,00. O pagamento deve ser feito até o primeiro dia útil subsequente ao encerramento das inscrições. Todo o passo a passo está disponível no item 6.3 do Edital 260/2025, que regulamenta o Vestibular Uesb 2026.
Vale lembrar que o processo seletivo seleciona alunos para o primeiro e segundo períodos letivos de 2026. A lista de cursos disponíveis e a quantidade de vagas para cada um deles pode ser conferida no Anexo Único do Edital.
Tenho direito à inscrição gratuita? – A isenção da taxa de inscrição é assegurada no Vestibular Uesb para alguns perfis. São eles: candidatos que tenham cursado os anos finais do Ensino Fundamental (do 6º ao 9º ano) e todo o Ensino Médio em escolas públicas; servidores da Uesb e seus dependentes; funcionários de empresa terceirizada que estejam servindo à Uesb; estagiário de nível médio da Uesb, com contrato em vigência até o último dia de solicitação; servidores efetivos das outras Universidades Estaduais da Bahia e seus dependentes; e alunos do Universidade Para Todos. Além disso, o candidato não pode ter diploma de curso de graduação.
A solicitação deve ser feita no mesmo formulário de solicitação de inscrição. Mas fique atento! O prazo para solicitar essa gratuidade abre dia 20 de agosto e encerra no dia 11 de setembro. A data limite para upload da documentação comprobatória da isenção é 12 de setembro. Os detalhes desse procedimento estão disponíveis no Edital.
Reserva de Vagas – Outro detalhe importante na hora da inscrição é a modalidade de concorrência. Metade das vagas de cada curso são destinadas à “Ampla Concorrência”. A outra metade integra a “Reserva de Vagas”, modalidade voltada para estudantes que cursaram do 6º ao 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental e todo o Ensino Médio ou equivalente em escola pública municipal, estadual ou federal.
Dessas vagas reservadas para esses estudantes de escola pública, 70% são destinadas a candidatos que se autodeclarem negros (pretos e pardos) e 30% para os demais. Mas preste atenção! Os candidatos aprovados nas vagas para negros deverão passar pela Comissão de Heteroidentificação da Instituição no ato de matrícula, com o objetivo de validar sua autodeclaração de identidade étnico-racial e garantir a integridade dessa Política de Ação Afirmativa.
Sobre o Vestibular – Agora é garantir sua inscrição e continuar o preparo para as provas, que serão aplicadas nos dias 30 de novembro e 1º de dezembro, nas cidades de Itapetinga, Jequié e Vitória da Conquista. Mais informações, acesse o Manual do Candidato e o Edital 260/2025.
