No último dia 20, a Prefeitura Municipal de Aracatu, através da Secretaria Municipal de Agricultura, Recursos Hídricos e Meio Ambiente, em parceria com o Governo do Estado, através da Secretaria de Estado do Trabalho, Emprego, renda e Esporte da Bahia, por meio do Centro Público de Economia Solidária (Cesol), promoveu uma ação que uniu capacitação, sustentabilidade e geração de renda: um curso prático de produção de vassouras ecológicas a partir de garrafas PET.
A iniciativa atraiu 30 inscritos, dos quais 20 participaram ativamente, aprendendo técnicas para transformar garrafas plásticas em vassouras duráveis e funcionais, com grande potencial de comercialização. Mais do que ensinar um novo ofício, o curso despertou nos participantes a consciência ambiental e o espírito empreendedor.
O Projeto integra uma série de iniciativas promovidas pela Administração Municipal com foco no reaproveitamento de materiais recicláveis e no fortalecimento da economia solidária, criando caminhos sustentáveis para o desenvolvimento da população. A ação da Administração da prefeita Braulina Lima Silva (PV), segundo Especialistas em Gestão Pública, representa um importante avanço de práticas ecológicas e da inclusão produtiva, desempenhando um papel essencial para políticas públicas eficazes de geração de emprego e renda. Em um cenário de desafios socioeconômicos e ambientais, refletem, investir em iniciativas sustentáveis não é apenas uma escolha ética, mas uma estratégia inteligente e transformadora. Além dos benefícios econômicos, essas ações cultivam uma nova consciência coletiva sobre consumo, preservação e responsabilidade social.
A expectativa é que novas turmas sejam formadas em breve, ampliando o impacto da iniciativa e consolidando uma rede de economia solidária cada vez mais forte no município.
