O depósito do Bolsa Presença referente ao mês de junho do atual ano letivo foi efetuado nesta segunda-feira (15), pelo Governo do Estado. Esta parcela representa uma soma de R$ 53.34.950 de investimento. Da primeira parcela, paga em março, até o momento foram repassados para o programa R$ 264.473.150 do orçamento estadual. Atualmente, o auxílio garante a segurança alimentar para quase 345 mil famílias em condições de vulnerabilidade econômica e a permanência de quase 389 mil estudantes das escolas da rede estadual.
Para receber o benefício, é necessário manter atualizado o cadastro da família no CadÚnico e os estudantes precisam participar das avaliações de aprendizagem realizadas pela unidade escolar que visam orientar o acompanhamento pedagógico. Cada família de estudante habilitado para o programa recebe R$ 150 por mês, durante o ano letivo, acrescidos de R$ 50 por aluno, a partir do segundo aluno matriculado.
Além de combater a evasão escolar e reforçar a segurança alimentar, o Bolsa Presença contribui para impulsionar a economia local. Isso porque o valor disponibilizado aos beneficiados movimenta a economia no Estado, já que o cartão pode ser utilizado em estabelecimentos comerciais baianos. Com o auxílio, os estudantes podem comprar alimentos, materiais de limpeza e remédios ou utilizar em outras necessidades da família ou do aluno. Sobre o Bolsa Presença – O programa foi criado pela Lei nº 14.310, de 24 de março de 2021, com a retomada das atividades letivas na rede estadual de ensino, após o período de isolamento social imposto pela pandemia do Coronavírus. Em 16 de dezembro de 2021, com a Lei nº 14.396, que alterou a Lei nº 14.310/21, o auxílio passou a ser permanente e reconhecido como uma política de Estado.
