O Governo do Estado e o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Estado da Bahia (APLB) formalizaram, nesta quarta-feira (12), um acordo que estabelece a concessão de reajuste salarial e outros avanços nas carreiras dos profissionais da Educação Básica da rede estadual, nos anos de 2025 e 2026. O ato ocorreu durante reunião de negociação entre o governador Jerônimo Rodrigues, a secretária da Educação, Rowenna Brito, e representantes da entidade sindical.
Para este ano, o acordo prevê reajuste de 6,27% no mês de maio – e retroativo a janeiro – para professores da Educação Básica. Com este percentual de aumento, o vencimento básico inicial da carreira será de R$ 4.965,24, permanecendo 2% acima do piso nacional da categoria estabelecido pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC).
A concessão do reajuste na folha de pagamento do mês de maio inclui o pagamento das diferenças retroativas aos meses de janeiro e fevereiro; já no mês de junho, será realizado o pagamento das diferenças retroativas aos meses de março e abril. O reajuste é extensivo a coordenadores pedagógicos, professores em Regime Especial de Direito Administrativo (REDA) e professores indígenas.
A negociação, conduzida pela Secretaria da Educação (SEC), Secretaria da Administração (Saeb) e Secretaria de Relações Institucionais (Serin), também envolveu o anúncio da certificação para professores e coordenadores pedagógicos, que vai compor a promoção dos profissionais nos graus da carreira de magistério, ainda este ano.
O pagamento de 50% do valor da promoção será realizado após a inscrição no curso de aperfeiçoamento, no mês de setembro deste ano. Já o restante do pagamento ocorrerá na efetivação da promoção, em junho do ano que vem. Em 2026, ficou definido ainda o pagamento do Piso Nacional da Educação, no valor nominal que venha a ser fixado, a partir de fevereiro daquele ano.
Outro ponto do acordo é a publicação, nesta quinta-feira (13), de portaria para conversão da licença prêmio em valores financeiros para professores em regência de classe e, de forma inédita, para coordenadores pedagógicos.
“Esse é um investimento para garantir avanço na aprendizagem da educação e eu não tenho nenhuma dúvida de que investir em infraestrutura física nas escolas de tempo integral, nos programas de acesso e de permanência para os estudantes – Bolsa Presença, Pé de Meia, com o apoio do presidente Lula – em melhores condições de trabalho, valorização dos profissionais da educação, é investir em uma formação de qualidade para os nossos estudantes”, reforçou Rowenna sobre o reajuste, destacando o desempenho dos estudantes em indicadores como o Índice de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica (Ideb) e no Sistema de Seleção Unificada (Sisu), que teve a Bahia no terceiro lugar na média nacional.
Coordenador-geral da APLB, Rui Oliveira compartilhou que foram realizadas 18 Assembleias Regionais com os professores sobre o tema, para posterior alinhamento com o governo estadual. “É um avanço para o professor, para o coordenador pedagógico, as peças mais importantes, além dos próprios estudantes, no processo educacional. Hoje é dia de festa. Estamos comemorando com muito orgulho de ser professor e de ser coordenador pedagógico”, frisou.
