Prefeituras e Governos Estaduais que esperam receber ainda este ano os repasses do Governo Federal destinados a investimentos em cultura devem ficar atentos ao calendário.
Municípios e Estados que aderiram à Política Nacional Aldir Blanc (PNAB) precisam enviar até o dia 31 de agosto de 2025 o Plano de Aplicação de Recursos (PAR).
O documento é obrigatório para que os Governos locais recebam os repasses do Governo Federal até o final do ano.
O Plano deve detalhar como será feita a utilização da verba, que pode contemplar diferentes iniciativas, como Editais de Prêmio, Bolsas, Termos de Execução Cultural, Oficinas, aquisições, reformas e outras ações voltadas para os trabalhadores da Cultura.
Segundo o Diretor de Assistência Técnica a Estados, Distrito Federal e Municípios, Thiago Leandro, o processo é simples e pode ser feito totalmente de forma online.
“Esse planejamento tem que ser enviado para o Ministério da Cultura, lembrando que para isso é fundamental realizar o processo de consulta pública, de diálogo, de reuniões participativas com os Conselhos e fazedores da cultura da cidade”, esclarece Leandro
O Diretor reforça que o recurso pode apoiar diferentes formatos e que o importante é que o planejamento seja construído de forma participativa: “O recurso pode ser para Edital de Prêmio, de Bolsa, de Termos de Execução Cultural, para aquisição, oficinas, reformas, enfim, sendo cultura, sendo para os trabalhadores da cultura, pode ser utilizado. Mas é fundamental que a gestão tenha um planejamento, informe na plataforma CultBR e acima de tudo faça isso de forma dialogada, pactuada com os Conselhos, Movimentos e trabalhadores culturais da sua cidade.”
O Ministério da Cultura também oferece suporte para o preenchimento, com plantões de atendimento ao vivo três vezes por semana e canais de contato pelo e-mail pnab@cultura.gov.br. O prazo para envio do plano termina no dia 31 de agosto de 2025.
