Repasses podem chegar a R$ 3 milhões em obras de abastecimento de água e esgotamento sanitário, além de R$ 1,55 milhão para melhorias sanitárias domiciliares

A Fundação Nacional de Saúde (Funasa) publicou três processos seletivos para destinar recursos a municípios urbanos e rurais que visam implementar projetos de melhorias em saneamento básico e saúde. As propostas e respectivas documentações devem ser enviadas pela Plataforma Transferegov.br até o dia 13 de setembro. Não será exigida contrapartida financeira por parte dos participantes.
As ações, previstas nas Portarias Funasa nº 2775, 2776 e 2777, são voltadas para propostas de investimentos em abastecimento de água, esgotamento sanitário e aprimoramentos habitacionais para o controle de doenças.
Para ser elegível à submissão de propostas, o município deve atender a dois critérios principais: estar adimplente no Sistema Nacional de Informações em Saneamento Básico e possuir um Plano de Saneamento Básico. Além disso, as iniciativas devem se enquadrar no art. 5º da Lei de Diretrizes para o Saneamento Básico, que trata de soluções individuais de responsabilidade do próprio usuário, sem caracterizar prestação de serviço público de saneamento.
Confira as propostas e o código de cada programa:
Áreas urbanas (Portaria n° 2775 e 2776)
Municípios com até 50 mil habitantes, conforme o Censo do IBGE de 2022, estão aptos a participar da seleção para áreas urbanas. Cada um pode apresentar apenas uma proposta por Edital, com valor de repasse mínimo de R$ 400 mil e máximo de R$ 1,55 milhão.
- Melhorias Sanitárias Domiciliares (MSD): Programa nº 3621120250002
- Melhorias Habitacionais para o Controle da Doença de Chagas (MHCDCh): Programa nº 3621120250003
Áreas rurais e comunidades tradicionais (Portaria n° 2777)
Em relação às propostas para as áreas rurais e comunidades tradicionais, cada município poderá apresentar um único Projeto por Programa. Os valores variam conforme o tipo de ação.
Para os sistemas públicos de abastecimento de água e esgotamento sanitário, o valor mínimo é de R$ 2 milhões e o máximo R$ 3 milhões. Enquanto para melhorias sanitárias domiciliares, o valor mínimo é de R$ 400 mil e o máximo de R$ 1,55 milhão.
